A Spiritual Diet
If you consider that your body is the temple that houses your soul then you may be more careful with your food intake and how you treat your body.

Consider that there are spiritual foods; more natural foods that you can eat that will enable you to feel healthy and vital. Consider a vegetarian diet with plenty of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, rice, beans, pulses and lentils. Drink plenty of water – at least eight glasses per day.

If you feel that you cannot become totally vegetarian then try to give up meat once or twice a week (preferably for consecutive days) and see how you feel. It has been proved that vegetarians are calmer and less aggressive and thus better able to cope with stress.

I can teach you how to meditate and bring it into your daily life.

Try a yoga or Tai Chi class and see how it makes you feel.

You may feel a whole new world could open up that brings calmness into your life.
